FOCUS Training is a leadership development company. For over 20 years, we have been providing content, camps, speakers, and programs to high schools, colleges, and organizations across the country. Orientation and Mentorship

Our interactive transition and mentorship program, Ignition, helps students make an effective transition into high school and college. Ignition is a comprehensive program that includes year-long curriculum, research-based techniques, and training for orientation leaders, student mentors, advisors, and administration.
